We back up our work with a 5-YEAR REPLACEMENT Program

If the candidate placed with your company voluntarily terminates their employment or is terminated for cause within the first 5 years of employment, the following program will be followed.

What we will do: 60 days to find a replacement. If no replacement found, 100% of the fee refunded back to our client.

  •  31–90

What we will do: 60 days to find a replacement. If no replacement found, 50% of the fee refunded back to our client.

 

  •  91–180

What we will do: 60 days to find a replacement. If no replacement found, 50% of the original fee credited to a new search.

  •  181–365

What we will do: New search conducted - client charged a discounted fee of ONLY 50% of the original invoice. 

  •  366–1825 (5 years from start date)

What we will do: New search conducted - client charged a discounted fee of ONLY 90% of the original invoice.
